As part of Woodside's Continual Improvement effort, Woodside Townhomes is gearing up for a major revamp of the complex's exterior, starting with the most noticable -- paint!
2010 looks to be a big year for noteworthy improvements in the complex, and the Association has big plans to update the landscaping and bring serious curb appeal to the buildings.
The images are some of the color schemes considered so far. If you would like to see more, come to a Board Meeting, and the Board will gladly share with you the big plans for next year!

Did you know that the City of West Covina will give you money so you can fix up your home?
Barring unusual circumstances, this is how it works: You apply for a Loan from the City, filling up forms and supplying the needed documentation. The City will review your proposal, and will schedule an inspection, after which you can start obtaining bids. The loan will be recorded on the deed of the property, and must be paid when the property is sold, refinanced, or the owner moves.
For more information, visit the West Covina Home Improvement Loan Program website.
To fully take advantage of this loan, your income must not exceed a certain limit, but if you qualify, the HILP is a great way to improve your home without going broke.
As part of our crime reduction and safety improvement measures, beginning in January 2009, Patrol Masters has started doing drive-thru patrols in Woodside. Patrol Officers will inspect specific areas, mark non-functioning lights, keep an eye out for graffiti, vandalism, loud noises, as well as enforce Parking violations.
As homeowners, be mindful of the parking rules governing your carport and street spaces:
Stay safe, everyone.
Woodside Townhomes Association is looking to fill a Board Member position. If you are interested in becoming a part of a working team and want to serve on the board, Contact Audrey at Lordon Management.
Greetings, Woodside Residents, and welcome to your new website!
As part of our commitment to continual improvement, we have gone high-tech and established our own online presence. This will be our Town Hall, a place for Homeowners to hold discussions, brainstorm for ideas, voice concerns, ask questions, download documents and architectural applications, and request improvements or repairs.
This town hall of ours is still newly formed, but improvements are constantly made, new features added. With time, this place will be vibrant and lively, full of the hope and promise our community is so capable of.
Constructive criticism is always welcome, and positive feedback is even more so!
Thanks, everyone, and once again, welcome!
